The 30-day happiness guarantee
If you're not happy with a purchase, for any reason, email hello@peptidesforpets.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll refund the product or replace it, your call. Supplements are judged over weeks, not days, so "it doesn't seem to be doing anything yet" is a conversation we're happy to have too, sometimes the fix is dose or timing, not a refund.
Returns
- Change of mind: unopened products in original packaging within 30 days, full product refund, return postage on you.
- Opened products: covered by the guarantee above, usually no return needed, we just make it right.
- Damaged or wrong item: photo + order number and we reship immediately at our cost.
- For safety reasons, injectable vials that have been reconstituted can't be restocked, they're covered by the guarantee, not restocking.
