What BPC-157 is
BPC-157, "Body Protection Compound 157", is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide originally derived from a protein found in gastric juice. In research it is studied for supporting tissue repair in tendons, ligaments, muscle and connective tissue, for anti-inflammatory signalling, for blood-vessel formation, and for protecting the gut lining.

The honest evidence
Where the science sits
Most published BPC-157 evidence is rodent and other preclinical work, with minimal controlled companion-animal data. It is genuinely promising and very widely used anecdotally, but it grades as emerging, not proven, and we say so plainly. How it is dosed
